3rd Annual Gerald J. Friedman Fellows Symposium 2010

Nutrition, Diabetes and Human Health

2011 Symposium: 11.14.11  |  Log In
Dear Fellows and Mentors,

Welcome to the Third Annual Friedman Fellows Symposium.

As dictated by a promising but slow to recover economy, we have once again opted to embrace the ‘Virtual Symposium’ format and very much look forward to sharing your work and findings.

As submitted last year, we once more have presentations from fellows representing Harvard Medical School, University of California, Tufts University, Rockefeller University, Mount Sinai School of Medicine and Beth Israel Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

We continue to hope that while browsing through the website and Symposium, you will connect with those whose work you find interesting, and benefit from the opportunities to forge new relationships and renew old ones.

We are still anxious to meet and socialize with you; to celebrate and applaud your endeavors and to learn from your presentations at the yearly ‘live’ symposiums we hope to resume in the near future.

In the meantime, we hope that using this website to your advantage will help further your opportunities and advance your efforts in every way possible. Thank you for participating in this year’s event and for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,

Jane Friedman & Leonid Poretsky, MD
