Recent Work
Denish is currently engaged in looking at the interplay between diet and genes, and relating that to cognitive decline in the elderly. The nutritional focus of his work is on intake of B vitamins, especially folic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, and relating that to mental aging. Denish works with a broad range of experts from geneticists and neurobiologists to epidemiologists and neuropsychiatrists.
