Counting Carbohydrates

Interactive Game: Counting Carbohydrates

People living with diabetes need to watch their carbohydrate intake for blood sugar control. On average, people with diabetes need around 45-60 grams of carbohydrates per meal. This equals about 3-4 carbohydrate choices at every meal.
